Samsung 26 cubic foot French Door Refrigerator

We paid $1600 for this Samsung French door refrigerator and it worked fine for 2.5 months.
Trying to get any satisfaction or action from Samsung's alleged customer service line was a sad joke. It took 8 phone calls and two weeks before a tech came out to look at the fridge
He found a short in one of the computer boards in the back and managed to get it going again
. He told us it would take 3 days for the 2 new boards to come in, and he would replace them at that time. A week later and the fridge has quit again
. So we call the customer service line for the 9th time
. They've never heard of us, no new parts have been ordered, and they're very sorry for the inconvenience.
We've been without a fridge for over 3 weeks now, and have lost 2 loads of food
to spoilage, and we still have no idea if or when the fridge will be fixed.
It's unbelievable to me that a large corporation can treat customers this way and expect to remain in business.Click here for more on Samsung Refrigerators
