Overall: The Samsung RF197ACRS refrigerator is a perfect French door refrigerator for a smaller family (2-3 persons) that want a seamless look and feel with their fridge.

While it comes with a limited number of bells and whistles, it is still a wonderful fridge that will add a stylish finish to any kitchen at a price that certainly doesn't break the bank.

1. Ice Maker in Freezer: I’m sure you’re probably asking how this can be a notable feature, well with all of the refrigerator reviews we’ve gotten over the years, one thing we know for sure is ice/water dispensers tend to have a great deal of problems. This refrigerator can guarantee that this won’t be an issue.

2. Easy Freezer Access: While the idea of a freezer drawer may sound terrific in being able pull it out and see everything in it, the opening and closing can be a real chore the fuller your freezer is. The nice addition here is it comes with an Easy Open Handle – basically that’s marketer’s speak for it opens and closes easily regardless of how full it is.

3. Quick Cool or Freeze: This really should be seen as a fun little feature to make your life easier. Samsung made it possible to take a compartment and bring the temperature down by enough degrees to get a bottle of wine cold enough to serve quickly or even to freeze meats faster to preserve freshness. This feature runs across both the fridge and freezer.

4. LED Interior Lighting: Alright so we mocked this feature when it first came out because it really looked like a bad episode of Star Trek but in the end it helps immensely in being able to find what you are looking for. Also, the lights never heat up which we’ve heard quite a few complaints about regarding regular 60w bulbs.
