Overall: The LG Side by Side Refrigerator LSC27935ST is a nice step up to a middle range side by side refrigerator that offers a great deal of space and extra features without costing an arm and a leg.

A great option for a family with a few children that want a fridge with a few bells and whistles.

Capacity: 26.5 cu. ft.

Notable Features:

1. Easy to Organize and Store: The large amount of storage space is even easier to use with the LG SpacePlus Ice System especially in the freezer. Typically ice makers can take up a great deal of room but not this one.
   

   
   

2. Upgraded Lighting: If you’ve read any of our other refrigerator reviews you know we have a thing for LED lighting. It’s not only economical it’s also an energy saver because it gives of almost no heat. Though this refrigerator uses it even better with large panels that fill in the shadows you might normally have with a single source lighting system.

   
   

3. Extra Tall Ice & Water Dispenser: The great part of this feature is you get to really use your filtered water in the place of buying bottled water. It’s size makes it easy to fill water bottles and pitchers for when you are on your way out of the house or to the gym.

   
   

4. Easy Freezer Storage: While the shelves are great for storage, the feature that we really liked was the tilt out baskets. Sliding baskets can get stuck easily but the ability to tilt out made it much easier to find and retrieve what you are looking for.

Colors: We are currently reviewing the stainless steel but it also comes in smooth white and smooth black.

Efficiency: Is Energy Star rated
