I received my Samsung refrigerator this past Monday. It is now only Friday and I have had to call Samsung twice!! I've also called Best Buy's Geek Squad 4 times, and the appliance repair guy that the geek squad is supposed to have come to repair my fridge.

At first the ice maker did not make ice.
Then the freezer starting thawing out on its own!
A few hours later, it starting freezing on its own- currently 25 degrees below zero!
Clearly I got a lemon - but now Best Buy tells me that it cannot replace this fridge because "it is no longer available" - huh?! i just bought the thing last Saturday -!?!?!
