I bought our Samsung bottom freezer refrigerator at the end of Oct 2010. It wasn't maintaining the temperature so our 1st service call was Nov 8.
It is now Feb 24 and I'm waiting for my refund check from Samsung because after 6 repairs it was found the wires are bad.
The best refrigerator review I can offer is--Beware!
