Scratches on my Samsung Refrigerator

While my 5 day old Samsung French Door RF263 has a beautiful and roomy interior style, that's not what you see when you walk into your kitchen...the thin, smooth stainless steel exterior finish is a scratch nightmare!


Plan on wearing gloves and removing your children from the home because you cannot place anything magnetic (artwork, calendars, notes etc.) and only wipe it down with a bunny, because YOU WILL SEE EVERY SCRATCH!

There are scratches from the magnets, where my nails sometimes hit when I open the door, a ding where cabinet door knob met open refrigerator door and a nice little row of scratches from the delivery guy's toolbelt.

My other refrigerator was 12 years old but it's textured surface still looked new. This looks like hell after only 5 days and it's going back. There are other ones out there.

We were wondering if you were able to return your Samsung Refrigerator? If so, which refrigerator did you get instead?

After all of the scratch issues you had with the stainless steel on the Samsung we were wondering if you were able to find one that didn't scratch the same way.
