Samsung Side/Side Refrigerator Reviews (model #RS2630SH)
OF ALL OF THE NEGATIVE SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR REVIEWS I'VE READ, ALL I CAN SAY IS CALLING SAMSUNG A PIECE OF JUNK IS INSULTING THE JUNK YARD!!!! I would not purchase a pack of batteries made by Samsung.
I purchased my Samsung Side/Side refrigerator freezer
from Best Buy
. 3 years and 3 months later the refrigerator AND freezer went completely out
I called Samsung for the name of an authorized service tech. First thing I was told was my warranty was up
. HOWEVER, I reminded them that the sealed system was STILL under warranty
I was given the name of a service company
to contact. I called them and they told me they didn't work on sealed systems
so the $100 service call would be at my expense if it turned out to be the sealed system, I would still have to call Samsung back to get someone else to fix it.
So I called Samsung and told them what they said. They replied that they would have someone contact me within two days
. ELEVEN days later I got a call
from a company that sets up appointments only.
Again I am told my warranty is up and they asked for my credit card number
. They wanted $125 just to set up an appointment with someone. I asked them who they were sending. They didn't know yet was their answer.
I refused to pay the $125 so then I called Samsung back AGAIN. They gave me another name of a company
to call. I called and got an answering machine. I left a message but heard nothing back
. I called again the next day....nothing.
I called Samsung again
and asked for a supervisor and got a promise that one would call before the end of the day. Again no call
We are now going to have to purchase another refrigerator
. This time we will get an extended warranty and YOU CAN BET IT WON'T BE A SAMSUNG.......
