Samsung double door bottom freezer Model RF263BEAESG

I bought my Samsung French Door refrigerator Model RF263BEAESG with a special 'dual cooling system' on 8/13/2016. It came with a 5-year warranty, which we definitely used.

We were grateful for it as the ice maker (like SO MANY OTHER SAMSUNG ICE MAKERS I'VE READ ABOUT) needed to be replaced on 2/17/2021. We tried to fix it more than once, and after the second attempt to fix it, we chose to replace it prior to warranty expiration.

Here we are just 2 1/2 years later, and the replacement ice maker is acting just like the original one. It too is freezing up. So that seems to say it's not an ice maker issue but an air circulation issue.

To say we are very disappointed in our Samsung ice maker performance would be an understatement. How is there not a recall on every single Samsung ever built with an icemaker in it?!?!?!?!?
