Just 2 Weeks Old and We're Already Having Problems With Our Samsung!!

Can't say that I am very impressed with our Samsung French Door Refrigerator (model RF263AEBP)-- it's only two weeks old and already having problems.


The unit was delivered approximately two weeks ago. While the ice maker seemed slow to fill, overall, the refrigerator operated very well for a little over a week.

At that point the lights on the display started to blink and the unit stopped cooling, freezer or fridge.

I contacted Samsung and they are sending someone out but there are not a lot of companies in my area that service Samsung refrigerators and it is going to be three days until someone can come out.

We thought we had done our research when looking at this unit but once the problem occurred, I found numerous negative reviews about Samsung refrigerators.

We will most likely return this unit for either a Frigidaire or an Amana.
