I Don't Recommend Buying an LG Bottom Freezer Refrigerator

I don't recommend buying an LG bottom freezer refrigerator. I have owned mine for about 2 years.


Recently one of the fuses blew and the it stopped working. $500 and easily 20 phone calls later it was fixed.

We live in the Dallas/Ft Worth area and it took 20 phone calls to find someone who can work on and get parts for an LG refrigerator.

For these reasons alone I will not buy another LG appliance and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

We're so sorry to hear you had such problems with your LG Bottom Freezer Refrigerator.

We actually just had another comment from someone about an issue with a circuit problem but it was from a Samsung refrigerator not an LG.

Glad to hear you finally got it fixed. Let us know if you have any other problems with it.
