Samsung Side by Side RS265LBWP

We have had nothing but problems with our Samsung side by side refrigerator (model RS265LBWP)


  • After 1 year the refrigerator froze up - got no help or answer from Samsung.
  • Not too long afterward the freezer section went out as well.


At only 2 years old this refrigerator is nothing more than a piece of JUNK!

Samsung repairmen want $100 an hour to check it out that is if you can actually find someone who will look at it.

In a nut shell, Samsung appliances are worthless and Samsung doesn't stand behind their products.

We bought ours fridge brand new and after 1 year the mother board went out. Then we had to wait for MONTHS for the part to come in since it was on a nation wide back order. Three years later, it goes out AGAIN!! Don't get sucked into this money pit.. I will NEVER by a SAMSUNG product again. I also bought a SAMSUNG blu-ray player and its no good either.
