Samsung Refrigerator Review of Model rf217acbp

I received my Samsung refrigerator this past Monday. It is now only Friday and I have had to call Samsung twice!! I've also called Best Buy's Geek Squad 4 times, and the appliance repair guy that the geek squad is supposed to have come to repair my fridge.

Here's all of :

1. At first the ice maker did not make ice.
   
   
2. Then the freezer starting thawing out on its own!
   
   
3. A few hours later, it starting freezing on its own- currently 25 degrees below zero!

Clearly I got a lemon - but now Best Buy tells me that it cannot replace this fridge because "it is no longer available" - huh?! i just bought the thing last Saturday -!?!?!
