I purchased an LG not quite 18 months ago, and already have had 3 repair calls on it for the same thing. It freezes up and quits running?. Finally the third repair man knew what he was doing. We need a new part that has to be ordered, and it could possibly take 2 weeks since the LG is made in Korea. I have lost quite a lot of food. If I have to have a fourth call on this problem I won't hesitate to contact the state consumers group. I was thrilled to get an LG but now I'm not so happy!
