My 4 year old Whirlpool Gold Refrigerator Review...

I bought a Whirlpool Gold refrigerator review is only to say that it is about 4 years old now and the condenser has dead.

I lost all my food inside as I was away on a trip. I took it to have it fixed a month ago but the service fellow couldn't get the part till mid November.

This is supposed to be a quality product! Why are parts not more readily available? is it a common problem I'm worried about fixing it because it will cost $700 to fix.
