Condensation on Undercounter Refrigerators

I am having a problems with my refrigerator where it ends up with condensation on it and it is very frustrating.

What causes condensation on the front doors and inner sides of my undercounter refrigerators?

I would love to be able to fix this but I don't even know what is wrong with it in the first place. Any one with an information on this would be greatly appreciated.
