Can a refrigerator's height be lowered?


(Tennessee)

Can I lower the height of my fridge? The opening I have is 68" and the frig is 68 1/2". Is it possible?

While there is a bit of give with leveling a refrigerator, there really isn't anything more you can do to change the height. Specifically the fact that it's too big.

Sounds like you may have to shorten the cabinets above it or get another fridge.
