Why is there heat coming from front bottom of our refrigerator?

Is it unsafe to have heat coming from front bottom of refrigerator? If not, what's causing it?

Probably a vent...

Believe it or not, refrigerators create a great deal of heat in keeping your food cold. That heat needs to be vented somewhere and you probably have a vent at the bottom of your refrigerator.

It's actually a very common place to have a vent and probably not something for you to worry about. Though if it is making funny sounds or not cooling properly you may want to get someone to come and repair it.
