Whirlpool Gold Bottom Freezer Doesn't Work

I have a Whirlpool gold bottom freezer refrigerator and after having it for 1 year and 3 months I had to replace the refrigerator ice maker. A year and a half later I had to repair the freezer door. Now March of 2010 and the refrigerator will not cool at all.

At this point my opinion of Whirlpool gold is not good nor is it good for Whirlpool as a company, period. Even after trying I wasn't able to get any satisfaction from the store I bought it at or from the Whirlpool company.
