To add the word hate to my Samsung refrigerator reviews would be putting it mildly. I purchased a Samsung Side/Side refrigerator freezer from Best Buy and just 3 years and 3 months neither the refrigerator nor freezer work.
I called Samsung for an authorized service tech. to come and check it out. I was told my warranty was up. However I reminded them that the sealed system wasn't.
I was given the name of a service co. to contact. I contacted them and several others that weren't able to come out or work on my fridge for various reasons.
After 4 different companies (all given to me by Samsung) I called Samsung again and spoke with a supervisor. He promised that we would hear from a company that would work with us by the end of the day. You guessed it -- no call.
So now we're looking to purchase another refrigerator. Though this time we will be sure to get an extended warrentee. ANYTHING BUT SAMSUNG!!
