My Samsung bottom freezer French door refrigerator is HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT BUY a Samsung fridge unless you want something that doesn't work and the worst customer service in the business!!

Our fridge is less than 2 years old and will have to be replaced already. Samsung customer service is a joke, just look online at all the customer complaints.

There is a class action suite against Samsung regarding the poor quality refrigerators they are putting out.

I am so upset about the way Samsung treats it's customers, I will NEVER buy a Samsung product again!!

I can't say it enough...BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
