Problems with our Kemore Pro Model 40140483800

We purchased our Kenmore Pro refrigerator model #40140483800 in good faith.

The repair men have been here five times for problems with the ice dispenser in the door making a grinding noise and then the door on the ice dispenser will open & shut by itself.

The door light will come on whenever it wants to. They have replaced ever part on the door including the door itself! So far they have refused to replace the refrigerator and it is still doing the same thing.
