Overwhelmed and Don't Know What Refrigerator I Need

I am overwhelmed and don't know what refrigerator I need. Please help. I need to limit the universe to, say, 5 fridges.

We know we want:

a counter depth refrigerator
french door fridge/bottom freezer
no external water or ice dispenser
with a large capacity for a growing family

What do you suggest... with a limited budget of no more than $2500 (although we'd prefer to pay less) have ?

Here's a few to consider...

Buying a refrigerator can be so confusing but due to your great pairing down of your needs here's a few to consider: (FYI all three are Energy Star rated)

KitchenAid Architect Series II KFCS22EV
This refrigerator has 21.8 cu. ft. capacity and even comes in stainless steel at a price you can afford.
KitchenAid Architect Series II KBFS20EV
This refrigerator is only 19.7 cu. ft. in capacity which makes it a bit less appealing as you said that your family is still growing but in reality it's not a huge difference and the price is a bit less as well.
Maytag MFC2061HE
Again this refrigerator is 19.8 cu. ft in capacity but I thought you might want to see another brand for options.
