My Expensive Kitchen Aid Side by Side Refrigerator Needs Repairs After 3 Years

My KitchenAid side by side refrigerator (model KSSC48QMS02) is was too expensive to cost me repairs in only 3 years of use!!

Short story, bought a Kitchen full of Kitchen Aid appliances, (High End). It's only 3years old and I just spent $257 to repair the (High End) fridge (Temp Control Panel) and $70 on Water release valve for the KitchenAid Dish Washer.

Kitchen Aid would not reimburse us as the warranty was over. I get it...

Would I buy Kitchen Aid again?

NO WAY!!

My 15yr old GE in the garage (I live in AZ) still working great with no service needed.

I actually told them over the phone that I would never buy KitchenAid again, and their response was, "Have a good day sir, we're sorry."

They should take the "Aid" out of their Brand!
