Maytag Won't Replace My Broken Out of the Box Top Freezer Refrigerator!!

Maytag won't replace my BRAND NEW Maytag top freezer refrigerator M1TXEMMW that was delivered & is not working.

Maytag has told me that they will not replace it, they are only willing to make the repairs.

Who wants a brand new refridge that needs to be repaired?!?!?

I am hope that Home Depot will do something for me.
