Maytag French Door Bottom Freezer Refrigerator (model MFF2558VEMO)

We have had this Maytag refrigerator for two years. Last week the freezer started frosting up and had an inch of ice on it. This week the refrigerator part quit working and we lost all our food!!

We called the Maytag people and they put us on hold and said the wait would be 10 minutes. Then we tried to email them and they said that it would be 3-4 days before they got back to us. REALLY!! What a joke.

We are very unhappy consumers and we'll tell anyone who will listen that the Maytag brand (now Whirlpool) is a piece of junk and the service doesn't exist!!!!
