My KitchenAid side by side refrigerator is a total pain in the butt!!

The back panel of the freezer keeps freezing up when you fill up the freezer. Then you have to take everything out and defrost it.

It seems to happen every holiday or party we have. Of course this is because that's when the freezer and frig are the fullest.

The manual says to keep food two inches away from back panel and sides so air can circulate, try telling that to the family as they load it up.
