KitchenAid Side by Side Refrigerator (model KSRB25FKBL04) -- Ice Maker Problems

This KitchenAid side by side refrigerator has needed to have two ice make repairs in two years!!! Add $500.00 to the purchase price and that is what this piece of junk has cost!

I will NEVER buy another Kitchen Aid appliance or product again as I vote with my dollars.

Sell me junk and I'll make sure all my friends know it's crap and they will vote with their dollars as well.

 I've had KitchenAid Side by side Refrigerator Ice Maker Problems Too!!

I agree. My KitchenAid ice maker broke at about 18 months in service. Of course, it was no longer under warranty.

The repair cost was prohibitive so I never replaced it. I've been using trays for the past 6 years.
