KitchenAid Side by Side Needed Repair in the First 2 Weeks of Owning It!!

My KitchenAid side by side refrigerator needed repair in the first 2 weeks of owning it!

I just bought a KitchenAid steel Side by Side fridge (French Door) top of the line with water dispenser and Ice maker with an understanding that
this company made best products.

It is very sad and disappointing that this fridge started giving trouble within 15 days of use with the water dispenser not dispensing water.

Techei came and did a band aid solution with hair dryer, but as soon as he left it stopped working.

It has been 15 days and part that needed to be replaced has not been shipped or arrived.

Its pathetic to see such a good company to drop down to the level of GE and other such companies.

I feel I should have gone for some other product as I have got a very bad deal.
