KitchenAid French Door Refrigerator with Freezer on Bottom (model kbfs2oevm55)

I hate my KitchenAid French door refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom!!

I gave my stainless steel one to my niece, in good shape but did not fit in the new kitchen space.

So I bought this one and it has all kinds of problems:

1. the doors are crooked
   
2. it came with a 16 inch wide stain down the front of the freezer
   
3. it is hell to clean

I live alone and it always looks dirty. I believe it is paint over steel.

I called the company to complain and they were very nasty.

My husband is a retired Lt. Col. ranger was dying from lung cancer so I had to stop with the remodeling. It was unexpected news. We did not unwrap the frig. until after he died to finish the kitchen. Long story short they said I had three days to return or complain. I had the other one plugged in the dining room and this one wrapped up, so did not see the problems.

No one will help me. I am 71 yrs old and am stuck with a frig I have to hang a towel on the lower bar to hide the long marks. What do u clean this door with? My stainless steel door before was easy, this one streaks.

My builder even called and they were nasty to him as well. We called the store where we bought it and they said that it was not their problem.

It was sent out bad and they did not unwrap it so why do I get stuck with a lemon?
