A few features we found worth mentioning and highlighting were...
The Interior Water Dispenser is located just inside the refrigerator door which allows for easy access to cold filtered water.
The FreshChill™ Temperature Management System regulates temperatures to keep your foods in optimum storage conditions.
This Architect® Series II Handles which add to your existing kitchen decor.
We liked the styling of this model as it was sleek and with a cabinet depth of only 24 inches, it made this refrigerator have more of a built-in appearance.
We also found that the double doors were a great fit for smaller kitchens as their full door swing takes up less room. While it fits well in smaller kitchens, you'll be pleasantly surprised to know that it will allow full-width access to be able to easily store large platters.
CONS: Here's the 3 things that caught our attention...
The water we tested in this unit had a bit of a metallic taste to it. Even after we changed out the filter. In other Kitchenaid models, we did not find this to be the case.
The icemaker worked a bit slower than hoped or expected.
While it may well be worth the money, the MSRP is a bit high though we've found it on sale just over $2000 which would take the sting out of the purchase price.
: $2499.00 but take a look at some of the sale prices it's selling for right now:
