Kitchenaid KBFC42FTS French Door Refrigerator Review

KitchenAid 42" Architect II 22.5 Cu. Ft. French Door Built In Refrigerator - Stainless Steel

OVERALL: The Kitchenaid KBFC42FTS French Door Refrigerator has over 22 cubic feet of storage space. Along with its stylish stainless steel exterior, this is one french door refrigerator you might want to consider.

PROS: There were many different features that caught our attention on this refrigerator though we made sure to mention the top five items that made this a step above the rest:

  • This Kitchenaid fridge has the ExtendFresh™ Plus Temperature Management System which ensures your foods remain fresh for maximum taste and texture.

  • The AquaSense™ Base-Grille Filtration System reduces water impurities and saves storage space.

  • The On demand pulsed defrost system helps preserve the taste of frozen foods by minimizing temperature swings in the interior.

  • The unique SatinGlide® System includes ball-bearing rollers which allow drawers to move in and out easily.

  • Lastly, the Dual Magna Seal™ Gasket System manages to create a tight, immediate seal that locks cold air inside to ensure your food's freshness.

CONS: At almost $6,000.00, this fridge freezer might be out of most people's price range. However, if you can afford it, it's worth it! One of our main reasons is that we have little, if anything, negative to say about this particular model.

MSRP: $8199.00 is what KitchenAid recommends for a price but we've scoured the net and found some really great prices. Take a look at what it's selling for right now:
