Kitchenaid 48" Architect Series II Refrigerator (model KSSC48QVS)

There is a major design flaw with with my Kitchenaid 48" Architect Series II refrigerator, model #KSSC48QVS.

I have to use a wooden spoon to try to get the ice that is frozen in the ice chute. It has been like this since the day we got it.

The ice container that is in freezer completely freezes on to the unit so it is completely impossible to get it off to clean out the ice chute. They want me to pour warm water into the ice storage container to get off. Do they have any idea what a mess that makes?

This was far from a cheap refrigerator and it surprises me how much I need to do in order to keep it working normally.

I hate this refrigerator!!!! And most certainly will never buy another KitchenAid appliance again.
