After receiving our first GE Profile refrigerator, it started giving us many cooling and ice cube maker issues.
After one year, GE replaced the whole thing with a new one and that one was replaced two years later with a newer model.
When purchasing the extended Service Plus warranty for five buyeBuyeBuyers found out the policy became void after GE replaced our unit. No one told us that nor offered a refund or extension on the warranty.
Buyer be aware that the extended warranty coverage is a waste of money - better yet, so is GE.
DO NOT BUY A REFRIGERATOR FROM GE!
