Electrolux Counter Depth Refrigerator Not Worth the Money

We have an Electrolux CD French Door refrigerator purchased just at one year ago. We have had nothing but problems with the ice maker since the day it was delivered.

We initially thought we were accidentally turning the ice maker off due to the touch screen controls. That was not the case. The refrigerator needed an entire ice maker kit replacement.

After much back and forth between us and the dealer from which we purchased the refrigerator we contacted Electrolux directly.

They initially denied any responsibility. I would not accept that answer and was finally told the real problem is that the ice maker kit won't really fix the problem.

These refrigerators are poorly designed and although we love the look, features and idea of this refrigerator we would NEVER purchase another Electrolux appliance.
