Our Amana refrigerator (Model #ABR1927FES) stainless steel bottom freezer refrigerator - is dead after less than four years. The compressor packed up and stopped working.
DO NOT BUY AN AMANA REFRIGERATOR!
The interior labels are also peeled off after a few months of normal use — they are made of cheap plastic.
Unfortunately, now that Whirlpool is the only maker of these smaller size bottom freezer fridges, you could end up replacing it with one just like it, only with a different label.
Beware!
