A VERY BAD experience with LG...
All I can recommend is to not buy any LG product especially not a refrigerator as I have had a very bad experience with LG. Click here for more on LG Refrigerators
The products are always faulty and their service engineers do not know how to fix their products. I have needed my fridge fixed for the last 10 months, with someone coming out twice a month but of no use.
My fridge has been leaking constantly since April 2010 (10 months) and these people visit regularly but have not been able to fix it.
Nobody can figure out what the problem is. My LG refrigerator is only 2 years old and I have the same story with my LG TV.
Moreover within 6 months of purchase, my veg basket was broken and when I was looking for a replacement. I was told after 6 months of looking for the part that the company has discontinued with this model. After just after 12 months!!!!!!. They claimed that the parts are available for at least 5 years after discontinuing any model.
