  • OVERVIEW:  TheSamsung RF265AASH  has 25.8 cu. ft. of space.  What'snice is how neatly divided up that space is between 4 spill-proofshelves, its 5 gallon sized door bins, the interior 2vegetable bins, and a bottom-mount freezer.  Although we arefans of the Samsung Twin Cooling System, in this particular model, wenoticed that the temperature wasn't as evenly dispersed as we wouldhave liked.  There were clear temperature variances betweenthe top of the refrigerator and the back of the fridge.  Thatsaid, it was only about a 1-3 degree difference.  All in all,it ran smoothly and there were no problems with the model we tested.

  • STYLE: Thesleek, modern styling of the Samsung RF265AASH French Door Refrigerator earnshigh marks with our style experts.  It should fit best in mostmodern kitchen decors.

  • CAPACITY: As mentioned above, we found the 25.8 cu. ft. ofspace was well divided amongst the shelving and the in-door gallonsized bins.  The one thing we longed for was more separationin and amongst the door bins.  Having a lot of gallon space isgreat if you need it, but sometimes you can put too much in the doorand it becomes cluttered that much more quickly.
  • NOTABLEFEATURES: The CoolTight Doors were fantastic.  These are doorsthat close on their own, so you're always assured of a tight seal evenif you forget to properly close the refrigerator door.  TheCool Select Zone is best describedas a "fridge within a fridge."  It allowed you to have aseparate temperature zone within the fridge.  Most fridgemodels have a similar feature, but they rarely work as well as theSamung.

  • COLORS: Thisunit is available only in the stainless model.

  • EFFICIENCY:It’s Energy Star qualified and like most of the Samsungmodels, it's quite efficient.  The Cool Tight Doors certainlyhelp keep it that way! Not only will the Samsung RF265AASH save you money by saving energy, you'll also be entitled to receive an Energy Star Rebate.
